We offer a free, no-obligation assessment to provide you with an accurate quote based on your panel count, city, property type, and site access. A quote provided during an assessment is specific to the details shared at that time and may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ significantly upon inspection.
Booking and Site Access
By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to permit access to the property and solar panel system for our technicians to carry out the service. You agree to provide reasonably safe access to the panels for our team on the scheduled service date.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on factors including panel count, property type, city, site access, and system condition, as outlined in your assessment. Specific payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.
Rescheduling and Cancellations

Warranties
Our Ultimate Protection package includes a 3-year warranty on the NanoTech coating application, along with annual inspections as described on our website. Warranty terms are specific to the package booked and will be confirmed with you at the time of service. Our cleaning service is carried out using professional-grade tools and techniques intended to safely restore panel performance.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to perform our services professionally and safely, StarShield Philippines shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with your solar panel system that are not caused by our services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
